This Privacy Policy explains what personal data YouTube Growth Studio collects when you use our website and tools, how that data is used and stored, and the choices available to you to control it. By using YouTube Growth Studio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Connected platform data — if you connect a YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account, we store the channel identifiers and public statistics needed to power analysis features.
• Usage data — which tools you run, the inputs you provide to them, and the reports/results generated, so you can view your own history.
• Billing data — if you upgrade to a paid Pro plan, payment is arranged directly with us outside the website (for example, over WhatsApp); we do not process or store your payment card details. Once payment is confirmed, we manually activate Pro access for the account matching the email address you provide, and store your plan status and the period it covers. Pro access automatically returns to the Free plan once that period ends.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, and timestamps, used for security (rate limiting, audit logs) and basic aggregate analytics (e.g. visits to public pages).

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the tools you use.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send account-related email (verification, password reset, billing receipts, and service notifications).
• To detect abuse and enforce rate limits or account status (suspension) where necessary.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the product (for example, an email delivery provider for transactional email), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. Pro plan payments are arranged directly with us and are not processed through this website.

4. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies required for you to stay signed in (a session cookie) and, on public pages, a first-party anonymous identifier used only to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Google API Services user data

When you choose to sign in with Google or connect your YouTube channel, YouTube Growth Studio accesses Google user data through the Google OAuth 2.0 flow. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Sign in with Google requests only your basic profile (name, email address, profile photo) to create or log you into your account. We do not request any other Google data for sign-in.
• Connect YouTube requests read-only access (youtube.readonly) to identify the YouTube channel associated with your Google account and read its public channel and video statistics (title, handle, thumbnail, subscriber count, view count, video list and their public stats). We use this data solely to verify that the channel belongs to you and to power the analysis features you use inside YouTube Growth Studio.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• Access tokens are stored securely and used only on our servers to make the specific API calls described above.
• You can revoke YouTube Growth Studio's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting the channel from the My Channels page inside the app.

YouTube Growth Studio is an independent, third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. YouTube is an external platform that this service integrates with via its publicly available APIs.

8. Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
