Data Deletion

How to delete your account and the data connected to it, including data received through Facebook.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

You can ask Viral Creator to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains the ways to do that, what is removed, and what we may be required to keep. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. From your account (fastest). Sign in, open Settings → Security → Delete account, type your account email, and confirm with your password if your account has one. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
  2. By email. If you can't sign in, email luxuryai09@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the request came from the account holder before deleting anything.
  3. From Facebook. If you signed in with Facebook, you can remove Viral Creator in your Facebook account's apps and websites settings and choose to delete the data it received. Facebook then notifies us automatically and gives you a confirmation code and a link to a status page showing the result.

Deleting your account vs. disconnecting Facebook

  • Disconnecting an account (Settings → Connected Accounts) removes that link and the access token we stored for it. Your Viral Creator account, history, and saved work remain.
  • Deleting your account removes your account and the data listed below, including every linked sign-in account.
  • Removing the app from Facebook asks us to delete the data we received from Facebook. If Facebook was the only way you could sign in (no password and no other sign-in method), your whole account is deleted too, because nothing else could use it. Otherwise your account stays and only the Facebook data is removed.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, name, email, username, profile photo, and password hash.
  • Linked sign-in and connected accounts and their stored access tokens, including Facebook, Google, and YouTube. For Facebook this means your Facebook user ID, the access token, and any profile photo copied from Facebook.
  • Your signed-in sessions and any pending verification links.
  • Your analysis history and stored results, projects, saved reports, content ideas, thumbnail concepts, growth plans, calendar items, favorites, download jobs, tool usage, credit balance, notifications, and preferences.
  • Your link to any connected channel. Public channel statistics we had already cached are not personal to you and are detached from your account.

What we may keep

  • Billing records. If your account has subscription, payment, or invoice history, we keep those records for legal and tax purposes. Your account is anonymized instead of removed: your name, email, and sign-in details are erased, and the billing rows remain without them.
  • Security logs. Audit-log entries about your account are kept, with the IP address and device details removed, along with a record that the deletion took place.
  • Anonymous traffic counts from our public pages, which are never linked to an account.

If you have an active paid subscription billed through our payment provider, cancel it first so you aren't charged again; we can't delete an account that is still being billed.

Facebook / Meta data

When you sign in with Facebook we receive your Facebook user ID, name, email address, and profile photo, and we store the access token Facebook issues for that sign-in. We request only the email and public_profile permissions. All of this is removed by any of the methods above. When a deletion request arrives from Facebook, it is verified using Facebook's signed request before anything is deleted.
